PSI scheme: This is amount receivable from State Government of Maharashtra under Package Scheme of Incentive 2007 (PSI), for the period April 2015 to March 2021.
Gain on fair valuation of investment: Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIHBV), a 100% subsidiary of the parent Company, held 47.99% stake in KTM AG.BAIHBV, as on 29 September 2021, swapped 46.50% stake in KTM AG for 49.90% stake in Pierer Bajaj AG. The resultant gain in fair value of ₹ 501.23 crore is shown as an exceptional item.
